The Board of Directors includes up to 10 members elected by a quorum of members at the Annual General Meeting. In order to ensure stability within the Board, 5 members are elected one year for a two-year term and 5 others the following year also for a two-year term thereby providing for an alternating system. The Board chooses its own Executive Committee for a one-year term, namely a President,Vice-President,Treasurer and Secretary.
